Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day security operations of our premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, maintaining site security, enforcing access-control procedures, and ensuring compliance with company security policies and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security guards and security staff deployed at the site.
• Prepare and monitor duty rosters, shifts, attendance, and deployment of security personnel.
• Ensure effective access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Monitor entry and exit points and ensure proper visitor/vehicle documentation.
• Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the premises.
• Maintain security registers, incident reports, visitor logs, and other security records.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, theft, trespassing, fire, or other security risks.
• Coordinate with Administration and relevant departments during emergencies or incidents.
• Ensure that all security personnel remain alert, properly uniformed, disciplined, and compliant with assigned duties.
• Brief security staff regarding daily instructions, potential risks, and site-specific security requirements.
• Investigate and report security incidents to management.
• Coordinate with local law-enforcement/emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, site security procedures, and safety requirements.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate corrective/preventive measures.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in security supervision, preferably in a corporate, residential, construction, industrial, or project environment.
• Previous experience in supervising a team of security guards.
• Ex- Army & security-services background will be an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.
• Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain security records.
• Physically fit and capable of conducting site inspections.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where required.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
