Assistant Manager Accounts

Position: Assistant Manager Accounts

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 Days a Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must possess a professional accounting qualification and have strong experience in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, compliance, and accounts management. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial operations.

Mandatory Qualification

Candidates must possess at least one of the following professional qualifications:

  • CA (Chartered Accountant)
  • ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
  • ICAP Qualified / Part Qualified
  • ICMA / CMA (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants)
  • Equivalent professional accounting qualification

Applications without the above qualifications will not be considered.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
  • Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or FMCG sector will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, taxation, and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and monthly accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in internal and external audits.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and accounting procedures.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
