Full job description
- Check stock levels on daily basis and report to In-Charge Store about stock items reaching minimum levels.
- Count, weigh and measure the stock according to shifting plan and Gate pass.
- To make hold issuance plan & Issuance verification accordingly.
- Complete documentation of all stock received in and issued from store on daily basis
- Responsible to temporary issue tools to worker as per requirement
- Responsible to complete their stock issuance documentation on daily basis
- Prepare list of temporary issuance tools on weekly basis and inform to In-Charge Store
- Get stock properly stacked through store keepers according to company standards
- Receive all unused stock and check the stock for damages. Document return of damaged stock to vendors with proper reasons and reconciled documentary records
- Facilitate the audit team in monthly stock audits and ensure availability of all document Audit Support records for audit purposes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
