Q-Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Intern to join our team. This internship is suitable for candidates who are looking to gain practical experience in data entry, documentation, and office operations.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and organize digital records and documents.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform basic data collection and research.
- Update Excel/Google Sheets and maintain records.
- Assist the team with daily administrative and data-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
