System Support Engineer jobs

Pay: $500-800 in Remittance

Shift: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday (aligned to US business hours)

What You Will Do?

IT Operations

• Own day to day support across the client portfolio: workstation, server, network, and application issues escalated from L1
• Troubleshoot connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching problems across multi site client environments
• Administer user lifecycle in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: provisioning, deprovisioning, licensing, group and role management, MFA enrollment
• Configure and maintain Conditional Access policies, and validate that changes do not break legitimate access before they ship
• Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment through Intune and NinjaOne
• Build and run automation through NinjaOne scripting to standardize configuration across client fleets
• Document environments, changes, and resolutions clearly enough that another engineer can pick up where you left off

Security Operations

• Triage and investigate detections in SentinelOne and CrowdStrike, determine true positive versus false positive, and drive incidents to closure
• Investigate alerts from Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint, and Entra ID Protection
• Correlate signals across EDR, identity, email, and network telemetry to reconstruct what actually happened, not just what a single alert said
• Perform log analysis and hunting in SIEM, build and tune queries, reduce noise without losing coverage

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years in IT engineering, security operations, or a blended role, ideally in an MSP or MSSP environment
• Strong, verifiable networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, firewall rules, VPN. You should be able to reason about a problem from the packet up
• Hands on administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including Conditional Access design and troubleshooting
• Practical experience with Intune for device management and compliance
• Working experience with at least one major EDR platform (SentinelOne or CrowdStrike). Familiarity with both is a strong advantage
• Experience investigating alerts in a SIEM and writing or tuning detection queries will be plus
• Demonstrated analytical reasoning and correlation ability.
• Fluent written and spoken English. You will be on calls with US clients and writing reports they read
• Experience with RMM platforms, NinjaOne specifically
• PowerShell scripting for administration and automation will be plus
• macOS management experience alongside Windows will be plus
• Exposure to Webex will be plus
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare and nonprofit clients (HIPAA)
• Any Certifications will be plus

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
