We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor In-Charge to manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth, efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations and production activities.
• Manage and monitor workers to ensure productivity and discipline.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments.
• Monitor workflow, manpower allocation, and production schedules.
• Identify and resolve operational issues on the floor.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.
• Maintain daily production and attendance records.
• Support management in improving productivity and reducing operational delays.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Floor In-Charge / Floor Supervisor in the textile or garments industry.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of textile/garment production processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
