Job Summary

Texlabs Digital Printing Textile is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage and monitor inventory operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, controlling inventory levels, coordinating with production and procurement departments, and ensuring timely reporting of inventory transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials required for production.
• Record and verify all inventory receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production departments regarding inventory requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and maintain filing records.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged stock and report findings to management.
• Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and company policies.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in ERP/software systems and Excel records.
• Support internal and external audits by providing inventory-related information.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Graduation (B.Com, B.A, BBA, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock control will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory procedures and record keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, is mandatory.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
• Knowledge of ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.
