We're Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Karachi Export Processing Zone (KEPZ), Landhi, Karachi

A leading exporter of high-quality used clothing, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and manage large-scale workforce operations in a fast-paced export environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations and manpower utilization
Manage inventory accuracy and stock movement
Lead and monitor a workforce of 100+ labourers

Ensure productivity, discipline, and quality standards
Coordinate with logistics to meet shipment deadlines
Prepare inventory and productivity reports
Train warehouse staff on sorting, grading, and warehouse procedures
Drive operational improvements and minimize waste

Requirements
✔ 7–10 years of warehouse or production supervision experience
✔ Experience managing 100+ workers in manufacturing or warehouse operations
✔ Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
✔ Experience in export-oriented manufacturing or warehouse operations
✔ Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Candidates with a Military background will be given preference.
