About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medicolegal Report Quality Assurance Associate to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for reports reviewing, quality-checking, formatting, and merging medicolegal reports prepared for our Occupational Health Physicians. You will ensure every report meets Australian medicolegal standards before submission to the specialist for final review.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medicolegal reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance
• with company quality standards.
• Merge file preparation documents with medical transcription reports to produce a
• comprehensive final report.
• Perform detailed proofreading, editing, formatting, and quality assurance checks before
• submission.
• Coordinate closely with medical specialists and internal teams to ensure reports are
• completed within agreed turnaround times.
• Prioritise workloads effectively to meet strict deadlines.
• Assist with administrative tasks and provide professional support to internal and external
• stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with professionalism.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelors or higher degree with excellent written and spoken English.
• Hard working, attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
• Good understanding of medical terminology and commonly prescribed medications.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
• Capacity to complete a minimum of two high-quality reports per day.

• One month of training, including 2 weeks of initial training and 2 weeks of supervised work.
