We are seeking a professional, reliable, and highly skilled Virtual Medical Office Receptionist to support the daily operations of our healthcare organization. This is a full-time position—not a side job—and requires complete focus during working hours, along with a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative and front-office operations
• Schedule and manage patient appointments accurately
• Enter and update patient information in the EMR
• Answer phone calls, emails, messages, and faxes promptly and professionally
• Verify insurance coverage before patient visits in collaboration with billing staff
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
• Coordinate communication among patients, providers, and external facilities

Requirements

• Previous medical office or healthcare experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English, with clear and easily understandable pronunciation suitable for communicating with U.S. patients
• Strong typing, computer, and digital communication skills
• Excellent organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with EMR systems, insurance verification, and medical terminology is a plus
• A private, quiet, and distraction-free home workspace
• Must not hold another job or attend to other professional responsibilities during scheduled working hours
• Full commitment, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability are required
