AllshoreCX is launching a healthcare operations service to support medical practices and revenue cycle management (RCM) companies in the United States. We are hiring our first RCM operations leader to help build the service, establish delivery standards and prepare the team to support clients.

Role overview

As the US Medical Billing & RCM Operations Lead, you will help design and lead AllshoreCX’s initial billing operations. You will develop workflows, train staff, oversee quality and support client onboarding. You will also join qualified business development and discovery calls to explain our operational capabilities.

This hybrid role is based in Islamabad and requires scheduled availability during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Help define the initial medical billing and RCM services AllshoreCX can deliver reliably.
• Develop standard operating procedures, training plans, quality scorecards and escalation processes.
• Recruit, train, coach and supervise billing staff as the service grows.
• Lead agreed workflows, which may include eligibility and benefits verification, claim status follow-up, payment posting, denial follow-up and accounts receivable.
• Review work for accuracy, timeliness and compliance with client procedures.
• Track productivity, turnaround time, quality, denial trends and aged A/R; share regular reports with management.
• Support client discovery, onboarding and pilot launches by documenting requirements and workflows.
• Join qualified prospect and client calls to explain RCM processes and help scope services.
• Identify process issues and implement improvements.
• Follow AllshoreCX’s privacy, security and information-handling procedures.

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in US medical billing or revenue cycle management.
• At least 2 years of experience leading, mentoring or supervising a billing team.
• Strong understanding of US payer workflows, including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance.
• Practical experience with claims, payment posting, denials, appeals and A/R follow-up.
• Familiarity with billing standards and terminology such as CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CMS-1500, 837P and 835.
• Experience using US billing, EHR or practice management systems.
• Strong spoken and written English and confidence communicating with US clients.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

• CPB, CMRS, CPC or another relevant billing or coding credential.
• Experience launching a new client account, RCM team or service workflow.
• Experience supporting outpatient practices or medical billing companies.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security responsibilities.
