We are expanding our dispatch operations and looking for experienced, detail-oriented Truck Dispatchers to manage client portfolios and drive weekly gross revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Carrier & Equipment Management: Dispatch and manage a dedicated portfolio of U.S. carriers operating semi-trucks, box trucks, sprinter vans, and hotshots.
• Client Activation & Onboarding: Handle new client setup, collect required documentation (MC authority, insurance, W9, signed dispatch agreements), and set up carrier profiles.
• Load Booking & Rate Negotiation: Search load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.), negotiate high-paying rates with brokers and shippers, and book profitable loads to hit weekly gross targets.
• Route & Schedule Planning: Plan efficient routes, track transit times, and coordinate pickup/delivery schedules across various U.S. time zones.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage broker packets, rate confirmations, bill of lading (BOL) paperwork, and internal tracking systems accurately.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, providing regular updates on gross revenue, lane performance, and market conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher in the U.S. freight market (handling semi-trucks, box trucks, sprinter vans, or hotshots is required).
• Strong familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and broker negotiation tactics.
• Excellent spoken English with clear communication skills for daily interaction with U.S. brokers and carriers.
• High proficiency in computer navigation, multi-tasking, and managing digital paperwork.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Work Schedule

• Shift: U.S. market hours (aligned with standard U.S. business shifts, e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PST for Pakistan-based staff, or adjusted per international region).
• Break: 45 minutes
• Days: Monday to Friday (or as required by business operations)

Compensation

• Local Employees (Pakistan): Up to PKR 200,000 per month (structured with base and performance-based gross incentives).
• International Employees (USA, Ukraine, or other global regions): Up to $1,000 USD per month (structured with base and performance-based gross incentives).
