Unity Developer (Mid-Level) – 2D/3D & Multiplayer Games

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Position Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Unity Developer to join our on-site game development team in Lahore. This role is best suited for a developer with strong hands-on experience in Unity (C#), 2D and 3D game development, and multiplayer systems.

You will be involved in building interactive games and real-time simulation projects from concept to deployment. The position requires close collaboration with designers, artists, and engineers to deliver optimized, scalable, and production-ready applications. Prior experience working on FPS or RPG games will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and maintain 2D and 3D games using Unity and C#
• Develop turn-based multiplayer gameplay mechanics
• Integrate multiplayer networking solutions such as Photon or similar tools
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and rendering using profiling tools
• Write clean, structured, and reusable code following best practices
• Identify and fix gameplay, networking, and performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience with Unity and C#
• Strong understanding of game development principles and architecture
• Hands-on experience with multiplayer networking frameworks (Photon, Mirror, Netcode for GameObjects, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of Unity Profiler and optimization techniques
• Experience using Git or other version control systems
• Availability for on-site work in Lahore

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with URP or HDRP rendering pipelines
• Understanding of AI systems such as Behavior Trees or State Machines
• Experience integrating backend services or APIs for online features
• Background in FPS, RPG, or simulation-based game projects
