Full job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Maintain financial records and perform day-to-day accounting tasks.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Assist in the preparation of Canadian tax returns (T1 & T2).
  • Work with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Communicate with clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • B.Com, BBA, or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn Canadian accounting and tax procedures.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
