We are requiting a Call Centre Representative / Control Room Operator. UK Force Services is a Security Manned Guarding and Faclities management company dealing security services and facilities services such as cleaning services , property management and much more
Your roles and responsibilities:
- You will be WORKING FROM HOME
- You must have a strong internet access and access to headphones
- You will be communicating with our employees and scheduling officers for shift on our in-house system
- You must be able to use Microsoft word and excel.
- You must be able to communicate with all office staff and type notes and email messages to departments
- You will be emailing clients and communicating with clients
- Employee must be able to speak and communicate in British English
Salary-
- 15k - 55k
- Bonuses
Shift Patterns are to be confined but it will be most likely UK Time 7am -7pm (day shift )and 7pm - 7am (night shift)
Salary will be discussed on interview stages
