Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to become the first impression of our company.

This is not a typical call center position.

When customers call us, they may be spending thousands of dollars on their home. We need someone who can make them feel heard, understood, and confident that they're working with the right company.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Schedule estimates
• Follow up with leads
• Update and maintain CRM records
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
• Assist with customer service issues
• Ensure accurate notes and information are recorded

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong written English
• Reliable internet and computer
• Quiet work environment
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours
