Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Google Ads Expert to join our team on a fully remote basis. You will take the lead in structuring, managing, and scaling our ad campaigns to maximize conversions and drive highly targeted traffic.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage high-converting Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
  • Monitor daily account pacing, bid strategies, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, negative keyword pruning, and A/B testing for ad copy.
  • Set up and audit conversion tracking to ensure accurate data reporting and campaign optimization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience independently managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce or lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication skills and the discipline to thrive in a self-managed, work-from-home environment.

Performance Incentive: Earn a highly rewarding 500 Rs bonus for every successful order placed directly through your campaigns. Complete remote flexibility and independent workflow.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 per month
