Join Our Team as a Customer Service Officer (Inbound) – ZONG Project
Location: Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time | Rotating Shifts | Work-from-Home
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: PKR 40,000
- Service Charges: PKR 9,500
- Work-from-Home Allowance
- Sales Commission (based on performance)

We’re hiring motivated, energetic, and tech-savvy individuals to join our Call Center Inbound Team for ZONG.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Inbound calls to potential Zong customers
- Promote telecom products and services in a professional, persuasive manner
- Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
- Maintain call quality and update CRM systems accurately
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Up to 28 years (Up to 35 for Ex-CSOs)
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (BA)
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in Urdu
- Experience: Call Center Inbound experience is mandatory
Technical Requirements (for WFH):
- Stable internet connection
- Laptop/Desktop & Smartphone
- Power backup (UPS/Inverter)
- Quiet and dedicated workspace
