Job Description: We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a background in hospitality to ensure a professional and welcoming front-office experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently

- Maintain the reception area’s appearance and manage front-desk supplies

- Coordinate with internal departments for appointments and meetings

- Support administrative and clerical tasks as required

Qualification:

- Minimum BA

- Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage

- Strong communication and interpersonal skill

- Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented mind set

- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per hour
