Always a good idea for starter

You can always come here as a starter and this will be the first step in your long journey as the environment is a bit harsh and challenging but it will teach you the rules and ethics of working in an office environment.

Comming from a professional background I have found out that 1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd is one of the magnificent call center in the respective industry, so far, I visualize that 1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. is one of the best place that you could join, Having a professional yet supportive staff and environment is quite challenging in this call center industry but I am genuinely amazed by how 1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd takes care of this, Entire office staff is quite supportive and always ready to provide helping hands, Being among professional staff members is quite excellent to polish and enhance your skills.So far my experience was good in 1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd and everyone in the office is quiet respectful... Work politics and overall politics was intense.

After working for almost 1 and a half month wasn't getting paid until had to stir alot of commotion, was continually pestered by the higher staff through criticism and unjustifiable mockery.

Hectic and way too strict plus the management is trash

The people in management behave like they own you, completely non friendly environment, too many restrictions, unnecessary strictness, people in management are not professional don't know how to behave how to talk, unnecessarily rude and bossy

Productive and competitive workplace

a typical day at work would be a long 10-hour in office on operations day, managing contacts, generating leads, managing email, closing sales, and at the end of the day reporting it to the CEO, the most enjoyable part of job was the people i met there, it was a friendzone to me and the hardest part of job i may say was nothing
