It's a very good place to work very good atmosphere to work here

I done job in al.bari have good experienced while doing job there but the main issue is this management is not too much coprative with employee and their salary disbursement time is not fix in the month it's a big issue.

Office politics, Bad customer service

They try to delay customers in getting refunds or get their own amounts and they call this customer service. There is office politics. Some depts have people who have lobbies and backbite to get closer to the higher management.

Al-Bari group of companies is a well reputed and very professional place. You get a lot to learn and the enviornment is very peaceful, you get to do work without any stress or pressure, you are free to pitch in your ideas. The heads of the company are very cooperative. Good job!

Productive Workplace

As Al - Bari GOC is focusing on theme project of twin cities which is a new idea and innovation filled, it is interesting to work here and also, the work environment is very professional and you get to learn a lot about the trending and booming Real Estate industry of Pakistan especially in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The employees here are very helpful and know their work ethics which serves a great deal in the learning and progressing of one self. Great job!

Pathetic experience

The culture at Al-Bari is political, basically it has a saith culture with no policies and procedures in place. If there are any policies documented, they are just a formality.There is no job security - no warning system, people are fired every now and then.Salaries are delayed most of the times and frequent deductions are made from the salaries too.There is office politics and lobbies inside their tiny office in Rawalpindi. People enjoy back-biting.Overall, not at all a conducive environment for creative people.

The Best Experience . Encourage Fresh Graduates

The best company having most cooperative management I have ever seen. Friendly staff members with a professional working environment. They will never ever block your salary like other private companies. The only con in the company is the salaries for the administration and accounts staff are not market competitive. Overall best experience of my professional career
