Good job with food benefits

Le salaire chez Aldi est vraiment bien élevé que Migros et Coop et pour les heurs supplémentaires on est aussi payé.

Horrible place to work
What is the best part of working at the company?The health insurance is the only thing good that comes out of the company.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Everything you do in the store is timed. If you're not fast enough at something you get terminated like I did. I worked 5 years at Aldi . Then I got terminated because I was to slow.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Horrible as can be, also very stressful because your always worried about your timing.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Being on register all day not being able to work other parts of the store to get faster.

What is the best part of working at the company?The pay is good. But be prepared to work your tail off for it! What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Working the register and normally being the only cashier. Customer traffic will hit at anytime.If you're not fast enough you won't survive!What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Mostly good friendly and fun environment. It's up to you how you make it!What is a typical day like for you at the company?BUSY!!! But if you like to work, it'll be a cake walk!

Great place to work

Hard labor, you’re doing more than sitting in a chair and checking customers out. It is not for lazy workers. You are timed on how efficient you are in every area.

Short staffed, rushes the team to clock out at a certain time, every district warehouse is different and can cause problems

Productive and fun place to work

Worked here for many years, its fast paced and have alot of jobs to do at once so need to be able to multi task and work under pressure. Pallet times and till targets need to be hit. But overall a good place to work, good pay but hard work.

Ich hatte sehr gerne für dass Unternehmen gearbeitet, jedoch seit einiger Zeit nur eine Katastrophe.- Kein Personal, obwohl es Bewerber gab/gibt - Keine Wertschätzung - Gespart wird ausschließlich in der Filiale und am Personal, sonst wird das Geld gerade nur so raus gehauen- Gehalt passt längst nicht mehr zu der Leistung die man erbringen muss- Seit neuer Geschäftsführung geht es nur noch Berg ab.Sehr schade, dass Mitarbeiter nicht gehalten werden, dass jeden Tag da ist, nie krank ist, Leistung bringt und einene saubere Filiale hat.

Great pay but very corporate

Typical corporate environment with a very set way of doing things.Ideal if you are ambitious as there is plenty of opportunity for promotion.Flexible working hours and hybrid work from home is great but be aware that not all departments are as flexible as they claim to be so do your homework prior to accepting a job offer.

Ik heb 6 jaar mogen werken voor de Aldi in het begin doen ze allemaal leuk en aardig tot dat je gaat vragen om vaste dagen te werken vanwege privéleven. Helaas was dit niet mogelijk en ben ik in functie naar beneden gegaan. Later ontslag genomen. Ook als je in de ziektewet zit willen ze je laten werken. Ze bedenken van alles maar hebben niet door dat je eerst maar eens moet komen.

A lot of managers not enough staff no hours to make use of higher wage repetitive job most days shift work 6 to 2 or 2 to 10 , 30 minute paid break and your 15minute break is discouraged amongst staff since they want you on the floor not on your break, whatever you do it’s never done right, micro management in simple tasks and constant lecturing. I would say staying at this company for longer than a year is more of an achievement than an experience since most leave before a year is up. Monthly pay first month you are only paid your contracted hours which are 25 hours unless you are a deputy manager then you have 30hours, deputy managers on shift delusional about their actual job role and are only paid allocated hours for the month between them. Overall a toxic and soul draining environment but can be fun if you get sent out litter picking the car park at 6am on a winter day.
