Sokat várnak el, rövid időn belül

Elolvasva a véleményeket, ugyanazokat tapasztaltam, megnyugodtam, hogy nem velem van a baj.Elöljáróban annyit, hogy a telefonos beszélgetés és az interjú kifejezetten barátságos keretek között zajlott. Kíváncsian vártam az első munkanapot. A munkatársak az első 2 napban nagyon kedvesek voltak velem, segítőkészek, de még a vezető is. Aztán a 3. napomon a pékségben mintha nem is újonc lennék, hanem egy tíz éve ott dolgozó, jöttek a kioktatások, a morcos tekintetek, hogy hát még mindig új vagyok, és még mindig van még mit tanulnom. Jött a hepciáskodás a vezető hölgytől, "gyorsabban, ez így nem lesz jó, a lidl-ben nem kellett sietni?" Nem is értettem.. Majd szépen mindenki rákezdett a hajrázásra, akárcsak egy lóversenyen. Az utána következő napokat is a pékségben töltöttem, és a betanító kolléga nem tudom milyen felindulásból, de ahogy van, el is vette a kedvemet az egész Aldi-tól. 'Tudod, vannak akik már a 2. napjukon ügyesebbek voltak, ezt itt megköveteli a cég, könnyen lehet, hogy elküldenek, ha nem teljesítesz...' :) Majd a nap további felében totál berágott rám a hölgy, és mint egy duzzogó óvodás, érezhetően jelezte felém passzív-agresszív viselkedésével, hogy elkíván melegebb éghajlatra, mindezt azért, mert új voltam, és nem szoptam ki a tudást a kisujjamból. Milyen kedves.. Na már most álljunk meg egy szóra: ez tudomásom szerint nem a Hilton nevű munkahely, ez csak egy boltocska. Még csak nem is a legmodernebb munkaeszközökkel van felszerelve! Ne csináljunk már úgy, mintha ez nem is tudom melyik fancy munkahely lenne. 2, aki nem vezető, az hogy jön ahhoz, hogy demotiváljon -

Borzasztó nagy hajtás, és azt gondolják ez normális! Ez egész egyszerűen beteges! Nem csoda hogy mindig keresnek embert, senki nem marad meg ebben a boltban.

Awesome place to work!

It was a very enjoyable experience. Lots of room to grow and move up in positions. If you are looking for a great work environment work at Aldi.

Not bad

Pay is fair not a bad work place . All depending on whos management. You can move on up if you want to. The work is fast paced , very easy to learn. !!

Fast paced, can be fun

The hardest part of the job is meeting all the time frames for the job. We have truck every morning and it has to be done before the store opens, that gives you about 2 1/2 hours to get 18 pallets done. Each pallet is only supposed to take you a certain amount of time. The good thing is that they don’t expect you to hit those time frames until you’re about 9-12 months into the job. I can’t say if it’s easy to move up or not. While I did get promoted within my first 7 months being there, they had no choice but to choose another person for the position and at that I only got it because I am a faster worker than who else they had in mind. Management obviously depends on location, but in my experience most of them are nice and understanding.

Management is very rude, two faced people- in front of you they pretending to be nice behind your back they talking to much

Day at work you start with delivery and they expecting and pushing you too much to do everything like you are robot. People are rude and two faces you can not trust anyone so better to keep quiet and shut if u don’t want later be in trouble with anyone especially if you will say something they will change your words against you.What I learned? That it’s literally no other place like Aldi where you will get stres issue and depression.Nothing there is enjoyable even at your break you can sit alone because people all the time want something from you.Avoid that workplace seriously. I prefer work for less money but go to place where someone will respect me

No two days are the same

Growing company with recent acquisition of Winn Dixie, assistant managers position is a stressful position with increasing workloads, and lack of staff to accomplish daily goals.

Entreprise ou l'ont peut évoluer rapidement si l'ont s'en donne les moyens. Salaire attractif. Il faut être prêt à être très polyvalent et faire des heures.

Probably my worst job

I hated it here. The management was very toxic and they never tried to help you at all. My co-workers tried helping me, but then the GM told them to stop socializing with me and GET BACK TO WORK! I felt very scared coming into work every day. I didn't last very long, but I'm so so glad I left.

Gute Bezahlung, das Team war auch nett, ab und zu herrschte Leistungsdruck unter den Mitarbeitern oder von den Vorgesetzten aber das war noch auszuhalten

Ambiente tossico peggio dell'Inferno Dantesco

Ho lavorato un anno e cinque mesi in una sorta di limbo della disperazione e della follia pura. La tipica giornata fi lavoro da Aldi consiste nello svolgere circa 3000 mansioni in una sola volta. Pretendono praticamente che tu sia capace da quadruplicarti e trovarti in più posti contemporaneamente. Molti colleghi pensano solo a se stessi e cercano fi farti fare brutta figura o di sfruttarti se sei troppo buono. Non c'è molta collaborazione. Si lavora in un clima di costante allerta e tensione per qualsiasi cosa dato che l'organizzazione è pessima. Superiori che non sanno manco loro come sono arrivati lì. Richieste fi sollevare elettrodomestici pesanti che non spetta al lavoratore. Mi sono infortunata per colpa loro ed hanno pure storto il naso. La cultura aziendale? Ahahahah ma dove sta?! Eccola qua: sei solo un numero a loro non importa niente e non sarai mai abbastanza. Gruppi su whatsapp con mobbing a gogo e così la tua poca vita privata andava a farsi benedire. Ti chiedono spesso cambi turno all'ultimo minuto. In otto ore o più di lavoro una ridicola pausa fi 15 minuti non pagata in cui non hai il tempo di fare nulla. La fregatura degli straordinari che finivano nella Banca ore, un meccanismo diabolico in cui le tue ore in più venivano risucchiate. Cosa fanno a fare dei part time a 20 ore se poi ne devi fare 35/37 alla settimana? Perché gli conviene certo... La parte più difficile del lavoro è dover sopportare tutto ciò è i clienti che dato che non si riesce mai a fare bene le cose non si riesce a fare un servizio di qualità. Ma loro continuano a non capire. La -

Good pay and benefits, a lot of work

Like the title suggests, the pay and benefits are very competitive for the industry. But it is a ton of work, especially as you move into management. The worst part is that once you become an ASM or higher they can move you to any store in the area without your input.

Good work environment and great customers

Great staff, fun and enjoyable along with even cheaper prices than before. Although there can be some bad customers, most of em are pretty kind

Retaliation central

You cannot object to management to any level because they will retaliate against you and make you do what you enjoy the least to try to force you to quit. Meanwhile someone who never worked and sat in the office with the store manager for more than half of her shift got promoted to assistant manager.

Like a playground

This job is okay if you are looking to maybe only do it for a year or so whilst your waiting for something else to come along. Be prepared that every one knows everyone else's business. It spreads like wildfire and everyone will end up knowing your business by the end of the day. I was happy when I first started working there and then realised what it was actually like least to say never again. Yes the pay is good but the support for your mental health there is none, the support for being off ill there is none instead you get marked on a Bradford score and they creeps up high quick. Overall support from the managers hardly any. They are not there to help you. Your basically a number. If you have the mindset go to work head down go home then you may like it but I would suggest that's the only way to be at Aldi. Its basically adults acting like children.

Buen ambiente de trabajo y compañeros pero poco sueldo y no sales a tu hora, si hicieran contratos de 40 horas sería mejor, la gente trabajaría más contenta porque llegas a fin de mes

Productive and fun workplace

Best warehouse to work in by far mainly due to the competitive pay and also the people that work there. Most people will go out their way to give you a hand when needed and are friendly.
