Can’t be scared of hard work

It’s a very good place to work Benifits, and pay are amazing although they do push you to be as efficient as possible and they time you on everything they do which makes for a very stressful first month or so but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier.

Its HARD!!

Aldi pays great!!! But.... They dog you out!! The work can be super brutal! But when its good its good. Its just very hard on your body. Its difficult to keep employees because everyone eants to be a cashier because they see you can sit down but they don't understand how many other things you have to do.

Has public job postings on indeed that are only for ALDI personnel.

Management had a complete lack of involvement in the interview process. Not interactive whatsoever, completely demeaning behavior. They waste peoples time and don’t get back to you even when they say you’ll be heard from or even when you repeatedly call that facility and can’t get ahold of anyone.

Bit of a joke.

They expect you to do 5 peoples jobs at once. You’ll be halfway through stocking shelves and be called to the registers over and over. Youre supposed to have every second weekend off but half the time you’re asked to work, I didn’t complain it was extra money but the more you said yes, the more they asked & they would make you feel so bad if you didn’t accept the offer to work and wouldn’t even pay me for it. It’s a great place to shop but a bad company to work for. They don’t care about their workers. I wouldn’t recommend working there. If it was the last job on earth I’d rather be poor.

I enjoyed working at Aldi for many reasons. First, it is a great store. I Enjoyed the people i worked with. Third, I was paid very well. Overall I enjoyed it.

Productive fast paced work environment.

Very fast paced

They pay reasonably well, but they do expect very quick turn around from tasks no matter your position. Everything is timed and your stats are kept on display in the office.

Toxic work environment

They expect you to be a robot basically with no feelings. They will terminate you for anything they see fit. The management is awful. They have favorites and they make up rules as they go along. If you want good money you can get it. The problem is is a very toxic work environment.

Easy to get hired

If you have experience in order pulling this job is the one they do have a lift test which is just building a 90 case pallet if you do that under 9 min your more than likely to get hired

Great workplace

I love my managers and I love my co workers. The environment is competitive and fun. There is a lack of recognition but once you have worked there for awhile they will congratulate you for meeting certain goals.

Exhausting and stressful

High workload and stressful work environment, very tiring compared to other supermarkets I have worked at. I found other store assistants and staff to be very friendly and welcoming however some managers where a pain to work with and had unrealistic expectations

The job lacked trained management

Everyday the staff was short, there were workers that were lazy and wasn't willing to work as a team. Very busy everyday and new hires would quit after one or two days of training

productive and fun work place. Days at work are fun. Learned and gain a lot of experience. Hardest part of the job is lifting weights in a timely manner

Arbeitgeber, Leistung und Bezahlung waren stimmig.

Bis zu meinem Ende war das Kollegiale Verhältnis Top.Die Bezahlung war angemessen Arbeit ist aber nicht für jeder Mann.Auch die Vorgesetzten waren bis zum wechsel des damaligen Lagerleiters TOP und bei Problemen ansprechbar.Beigeschmack:Nach dem Tod meines Vaters und einer (unentschuldigten) Fehlzeit standen zwei Männer Lagerleiter+Begleitung im Anzug an meiner Haustüre und baten mich ihnen eine Kündigung fertig zu machen.

It was okay

I like that it is a fast paced job but things like being timed for scanning costumers items by a certain time and moving on to the next costumer, how fast the costumer inserts there card is just not the best for me. I feel like you’re overwhelmed working there because they time you for everything and honestly the pay could be higher for all the work you have to do. I signed up to be a cashier and they had me stocking, so yeah they need to think about raising the pay if you’re doing all those duties. The management was nice I enjoyed working with my coworkers, everyone was friendly.

Scappate finché siete in tempo

Lavoro in questa azienda da un anno e sono stata vittima di mobbing per colpa della gelosia di una collega.L’azienda non ha preso nessun provvedimento per risolvere la situazione.Dico solo che ho chiesto un demansionamento per stare bene.Promettono tante cose, ma gli area manger sono persone che non si sono mai sporcate le mani e non sanno minimamente gestire le filiali. Tutto gira intorno al fatturato. Potresti anche morire in turno che non glie ne importa nulla.Preferenze a non finire, sia tra i piani alti che all’interno del negozio. Non esistono linee guida, tutti lavorano cone credono senza rispettare gli standard aziendali.Sembra un’azienda molto avanti, ma sono rimasti indietro con tutto.Non fatevi ingannare.La maggior parte dei dipendenti si licenzia dopo meno di un anno.
