This is the best bank I worked ever in Banking industry .What else is it is the bank that has Route of Growth for new comers and need to strengthen their Human resources all the times

Good workplace

A good place for work but not as a teller because if join as a teller you need alot of strugle to promote yourself but you must join ABL as a MTO where they give more benfites other then teller

Its good

Working with ABL is good experience. Learn many things in every assignment assign by management. ABL is one of the biggest banks in pakistan having largest branches network over fifteen hundred branches all over in pakistan, also having largest ATM network country vide.

Stressed

Its stressful culture here only those people who have reference will go ahead۔Yearly 5% rise and living goods are 100 percent raised from last year.only shows their positive things to people۔

Typical work palace

Allied bank is a good organisation in providing employment opportunities and good working environments for employees. Though job responsibilities are extra to JDs but overall have fun in performing job responsibilities with targets achieving abilities and resources.

Fun to work

Here Work life balance is maintained but growth is very difficult... In all a satisfactory environment to work here but stress levels are very high especially in IT.

Fun working place

Nice culture good work place. Polite and educated staff.good management.Allied Bank achieve 2 or Three time Bank of the year of Pakistan. Allied Bank also work in Islamic Banking.

No life and work balance

Job culture is good your branch colleagues are good but management is not cooperating with their employees .no work personal life balance.you have to maintain atm in nights and also on occasion . transferring from one branch to another is also a huge problem for employees they transfer thier employees when they want it is possible you are transfered in any branch and next day to another and so on. Overall very bad experience .you don't know where you work next day in your branch or they send you for reliving. Behavior with cashier is not of higher authorities and also not give good bonuses bonus is only for mto.

Long hour, atm maintenance on weekends in nights on occasion like eid, reliving duties from one branch to another, no ta.da is only when you travel 35 kilometers from one side

Allied bank limited is very support for staff matters and no doubt ABL is a brand and have captured a very vast market that the reason get the awards. Best Asian Bank 2022.

Noting better but you have a chance to grow and learn deeply in banking sector as a pbo.improve your communication skills,handling rude or knowledgeable person,some thing better than nothing work hard and move forward to your career as a customer services executive.

Best place to work for employee specially female

Allied bank job culture is better compare to other bank and Allied use T24 software so human error chance is less so i would recommend to work in this organization
