The hours are not really consistent and they pay is pretty low. However, a typical day of work is a lot of faced paced tasks and multitasking. You are given goals each shift which may be a pro or a con for you.

Productive Place

The company has a lot of requirements and sometimes gave lots of hours. Floor shifts were always long and during strange hours. The staff was always fun.

Its decent

The pay could have been better and so could management. The constant disregard for my availability and drama made it kind of an annoying place to be. A lot of the people there are nice but the store manager sucks.

Good part time job

Good part time job. I was in high school when I worked here flexible with school schedule. Good environment people were friendly. Discount was nice. Onboarding and training was pretty easy.

Great Place

Great place to work when it is your first job. You learn communication skills and give's you an opportunity to move up. Store manager is understanding and accommodates your school schedule with your work schedule

Productive and fun place to work

As soon as you walk in you are greeted by any co workers close to the door. the tasks given are easy as it is usually folding clothing items, or ringing up customers. overall the job is very easy and they are very schedule flexible.

Great as a teen

Good job to have at 16 but not as an adult. The coworkers is what makes the work enjoyable. You also get pretty good discounts which is nice. Didn’t enjoy the 2 hour call in shifts.

It's good if you are looking for part-time and if you are a student. The scheduling was flexible, and the team I worked with was fun and friendly. The job is also good if you're looking to improve your communication and customer service skills.

Great management, great work environment that allowed me to grow and learn about management through college. The management really will assist you with whatever you need but the company not so much

The company in general feels disorganized. A lot of people aren't on top of their work and it makes things that should be simple very complicated and frustrating.

Terrible management

Terrible management, no advancement unless threatening to leave because they can't keep anyone or hire anyone. Probably just depends on the store you're at. One of the worst jobs I've ever had. Discount is nice but the people are not.

You make friends with everybody, but aren't treated the way you should be.

A typical day at work starts with goal setting where you find out what you're supposed to do for you're shift, then you do those goals while helping customers with their needs, and so on and so forth. The management could be improved, we rarely get positive feedback. The workplace culture is amazing where you make friends with all of the coworkers, but it's not so diverse so I do not feel represented and understood. I do however enjoy helping customers when they speak the language I do and I can assist them.

Great till management change

This was my first job. Worked there for over 5 years and loved it. Until we had multiple store managers in two years. It was a mess and unorganized. Good for starter job but would never recommend anyone being a manager there. Too much drama for little pay

Decent Retail Job

Fine place to work. Management was okay. Spent most of my time working fitting rooms. Bit repetitive but meeting people was nice. Co-workers were also okay.

Great First Job

This was my first job and I stayed for longer than I intended to because I really liked the workplace and my co-workers. Pay is competitive and you sometimes need to ask a lot for hours .

good job as a student but the pay was very low if you are looking for some experience in customer service it is a good place because you will talk with any type of client and it will also improve your selling and communication skills

Micromanaging from management and upper management

Would have to watch videos about “selling” and pretty much go off prompts and would be ridiculed if not on prompt with customers, also nothing you do is recognized unless you get people to sign up for credit cards.

Cool place and great discountsThe only thing is the hectic schedule especially at holiday time. Coworkers are nice and pay is decent. You get time off

Its ok

Honestly i feel like it could be better, at times it can be a bit stressful, depending on who you work with. The expectations are a bit too high when it comes to getting credit cards, other than that i dont see myself staying for that long.
