The time of school evaluation....it was a very competitive time for all campuses to show their best and this critical time was showing the real energy and enthusiasm of us....I have learned alot each and every thing from this institute ....it's working on international level and giving trainings to their teachers through different campuses under one umbrella.its wonderful to work here ...it's give me an identity of a teacher,it has a family culture environment in which you infuse like a family member

Productive but insecurity of job is the biggest threat. Favourtism is playing a major role there. No one is mentally relaxed. Higher authorities are overlooking the false action of current Principal

I started working as a Montessori Directress moving up to a Section head.I was a sincere and hard working teacher therefore I was appreciated and given opportunities to prove my worth.I was given a chance to work as a senior English teacher then as an Admission Co ordinary or,Student Counsellor and Teaching Faculty Co ordinator.I kept my head high and gave my best to the organisation .They appreciated my efforts and promoted me to the position of a section head. A very healthy environment with equal opportunity to learn and grow.

Pros

Children’s education is free. Workshops are paid by the organisation.

Cons

Increments per annum are not very impressive.

Quite professional ambiance with an opportunity to learn a lot. A v positive culture.Inset training and many kinds of workshops are conducted to make the employee empowered. Enhanced learning and teaching tools
