Productive but insecure

Productive but insecurity of job is the biggest threat. Favourtism is playing a major role there. No one is mentally relaxed. Higher authorities are overlooking the false action of current Principal

its a great experience to teach in army public school. one major issue is the salary is not satisfactory as am studying further in i have to bear the expenditures of my university that is uet ib&m lahore. day in school is very busy n sometime hectic because one has to stand through out the day because sitting is not allowed. management and coworkers are good supportive and understanding. hardest part is i cant sit the whole day. and enjoyable part is my workers are very friendly.

I'd a very good time at work each day as i enjoy my work .I've learned a lot by working with different age group teachers and children.management was good so my co-workers are.The hardest part is to convince old teachers to adapt new ways of teaching.

I worked in many schools but i find Army Junior Public schools is the best all of them because of the school disciplined and management. management was very cooperative and helpful. i learned many things like punctuality, time management , discipline, courtesy, creativity.. there was very good team management. In the begining i have facing some difficulties to manage the work load but with the passage of time i feel enjoy to do the work. and i love to do work on computer like making work sheets and slides.
