Saturday ON , Less Salary , Toxic Account Managers

1. Company gives you salary in between 10 to 15 of the next month so you won't be able to Quit them without notice period.2. Mornings start with company meetings where "Account Managers" take daily work updates from every employee of the company and they misbehave and Scold employees very badly in that meeting.3. Company prefer to offer you "Loan" instead of giving you a good salary package. Loan so that you stick with them for next 1 to 2 years.4. Account Managers try to make every possible small complaint to CEO in Whatsapp group and the whole management scold you in front of your junior team members in "Whatsapp Group."5. Company tell their Clients that we only work from Mon to Fri but you have to work on Saturday too.6. Company does not provide any tools and tells you to ask for tools from Clients, if clients don't give you tools then company will blame you and force you to do required SEO Tasks no matter what.7. No Growth in terms of Learning/Skill Upgrade. Company doesn't provide any learning material or professional online courses.8. Senior management will text (whatsapp) you even late night like 9 pm or 10 pm , if you don't reply then they misbehave next day in the morning meeting in front of everyone.9. Zero Work Life Balance because of Mon to Sat Working Days10. Before joining this company, find LinkedIn profiles of their Ex. Employees who used to be Manager or Lead of their Department and they will tell you why they resigned from the Company.11. The company job security is GOOD because eventually you yourself will resign because of the toxic company -

Saturday ON, Less Salary, They give Salary in between 10 to 15 of every next month, Based on Company Mood they might not give you an Annual Increment, Timer/Screenshot Software to Monitor Shift Time/Screen, Salary Deduction if you won't be able to complete 208 hours at the End of month, No Additional Salary if you work 230 hours or 240 hours in a month, Company doesn't provide ANY SEO Tool you have to Beg in front of Clients

Typical day at work:My typical day at work starts with a standup meeting to get everyone on the same page. Then, I work on my assigned tasks, which can vary from day to day. I might be working on a new feature, fixing a bug, or writing documentation. I also spend some time answering questions from my colleagues and helping them with their work.What I believe I learned:I have learned a lot at my job, both technically and professionally. I have learned how to develop software, how to work on a team, and how to communicate effectively. I have also learned how to deal with challenges and how to be persistent.Management:I believe that my management is supportive and encouraging.
