All is depend upon your division.My division was hectic. You need to be on your toes during your working hours. In second division work is much convenient. Learned in my first division alot. Culture is very good no politics. Hardest part is always meetings. I love working with people really friendly

1.Management cares about you. 2.Work life balance. 3.Alot of extra curricular activities.
Cons
1.Alot of relax environment make you lazy, 2.Stagnant in your position, 3.Salaries are average not market competitive.
