The higher ups only look out for themselves. The bosses tell you you are going to have a full week and then you only work 1-3 days. Suppose to be full time but never work a 40 hour week and if you ask to go to a different shift or ask to go to an advanced spot they just bring you in a circle telling you bs and then you are still in the same spot 3 months later.

Lets face it its fun helping people. You feel valued by making someone else’s life easier. As you already requested in the question you wanted to know my opinion on it, here it is. I think being rewarded reasonably for the work I do is important. I am being rewarded generously for work.
Company is in start up mode but still has a bad transition. At times we were offered VTO due to lack of work. The pay scale is not comparable to similar jobs in the area. They do not offer anything to the temp service employees.

It was good for me at the time I work there,we packed our lunch and,we stood up the whole time. We all had to put a different item in the products as they were going down the line
Short breaks, and working with people that dont speak english.
a typical day at work was very long as but my co workers and superiors made the time interesting by keeping us busy I managed new employee showed them the ropes the hardest part of my job was so many defects in the parts that stop me going at a fast paste I enjoyed the hours my co workers was a joy meeting new people and supervisors where easy to talk to so overall I loved my jobs
