You don't have JD's , There is no concept of increment for past few years and yearly bonus is 5000 only for everyoneno Hierarchy , Not assigned work you are supposed to do everything when you are in this factoryManagement is not good, Dusty/Noisy Environment , Cafeteria where Dogs also eat ,

Provide Transport / medical only when you are admit in hospital
