HBL Management reviews

HBL is a good place to work even though they do not offer market competitive salaries but the environment, learning, work life balance and many other things are excellent to spend there. I believe only salary is not important factor in job but the environment, colleagues and management etc. are other factors which keep you associated with it as far as an employee feel to have growth.

management have no empathy for any worker. 3 hour extra work without overtime paid. every week they change the branch. Flow of customers are too high and they utlize 2 cashiers on which is not possible to manage clearing,bankers cheques, trainings,ATM at one counter. Customers keep complaining and staff giving wrong information about slow service. system error occurs at any time. old traditional computer systems.

hbl is good for career startup but it is pathetic if you go long with this bank. they do not care for old employees but always interested to hire new staff. salary package is nothing against workload for operations staff not very cooperative environment

It feels good to work in bank because here we learn to maintain our personality, punctuality, management and hard working, but bank being a financial institution does not pay hand some salary to satisfy .

It was my first job in banking sector. HBL maintain highly professional environment, extremely skilled workforce and a lot of to learn. I was on third party contract and only after three months i was offered in bankislami on permanent basis that's why i switched to new job. I was on bancassurance department and wealth management MIS update was also my responsibility. I really enjoyed my job there.

HBL is a Growing Financial Institute and offers employees to grow professionally. Working Environment is very Family-er and give chance to learn form our senior Management. sometimes some customer are very problematic but with kindness behavior and politely dealing can brings the problematic customer as a good advertising one.
