Its nice to have to work in a bank that is the largest but salaries are pretty low and u dont get paid enough relative to the effort you are putting in

management have no empathy for any worker. 3 hour extra work without overtime paid. every week they change the branch. Flow of customers are too high and they utlize 2 cashiers on which is not possible to manage clearing,bankers cheques, trainings,ATM at one counter. Customers keep complaining and staff giving wrong information about slow service. system error occurs at any time. old traditional computer systems.

HBL is a good place to work

HBL is a good place to work even though they do not offer market competitive salaries but the environment, learning, work life balance and many other things are excellent to spend there. I believe only salary is not important factor in job but the environment, colleagues and management etc. are other factors which keep you associated with it as far as an employee feel to have growth.

heavy workload. too much stress for operations staff

hbl is good for career startup but it is pathetic if you go long with this bank. they do not care for old employees but always interested to hire new staff. salary package is nothing against workload for operations staff not very cooperative environment

Stressfull Job

Bank job is a white color job. it is better than nothing. but in bank there is too much pressure of work and compensation are very low. a bank employee is not socialized. there is hard work timing. expenses are too much but income is low. often it find difficult to perform household responsibilities.

hbl is the worldwide best brand and all staff are very hard worker and are very efficient with their jobs . I am also doing my job with my sincerity because if we work hard we obey rules and regulation so we will be a successful employee . sometimes I did extra work whenever we found shortage of our staff .
