The Best Company Ever

Been here 10 Months strong and I have to say, coming from an experienced and managerial background, this company is the best there is on the market. Good people, family-like atmosphere, mature and collaborative. They put the Humane side back in HR and exude true leadership skills on the management side where the boss is a leader and repeatedly requests for one thing, to help him out. Instead of shouting orders to get the job done they take a peaceful and humane approach and thoroughly appreciate the efforts and work done at day end.

Good option for Work-Personal life balance

A typical day at work involves being there well in time. Project manager will talk to me to discuss the tasks of previous day and review the upcoming task list.
Peers are very cooperative and work environment is quite relaxed. But they also keep an eye to deliver the right quality within deadlines.

This is small company for an vendor side, but you learn get more then from any company/firm.
