You can not entertain yourself during job hours even if there is no work you are bound to the floor for the whole day where there is no entertainment

Favouritism

They don't really evaluate you on prior.work experience and education. I have done MBBS and the same was job requirement. But they put me in sales. And was paid equal salary as that of 18 year old with no prior experience. Eventhough I had BPO experience as well. And the favouritism is of course at it's peak. Unethical work environment.

Favoritism at its peak!

They have really bad shift timings and favoritism at its peak. They only gave favor to their favorite people. Every supervisor involved in politics and break timings are exhausted.It will take 10 minutes to came down in a lift and your break is for 15 minutes

Productive and fast paced with a diverse environment.

Overall Ibex is a wonderful place to work and learn. Additionally it provides you a platform to improve your communication skills and polish your skills in learning how to work in a team collectively.

Fair to Good Experience

Working environment is good. Great learning opportunities. Skill advancement in customer support quadrant. Rotational shifts is the one thing that makes you cope hard. Management of IBEX is cooperative.

I really loved to work at Ibex ,all my seniors really helped me a lot for my learning process and make my skills more and n more better,Ibex premises rules are strict but I really enjoyed every day of my work there

A very well known and productive multinational BPO organization which offers you to be there part by just having the ease of fluent English speaking and writing skills.With the work pressure there is extra curricular activities as well which keeps a balance in fun and productive environment.Help you to grow socially and professionally.Equal opportunities for male and females are availableFloor recognitions and annual rewards are provided too.

Not a single change for positive learning or potential growth in your career, you'll always remain a customer support agent for your life

Its a devil's den, you are always going to remain on the same position for you life, the only benefit is that you get the salary on time other than that its just a call center where you do the same work for your life, there is no promotion or what so ever. Nepotism is at its peak. My advice is that if you do not have a job you can work here but no more than 6 months or 1 year Max.

Promising but challenging workplace

Working at Ibex Karachi was both promising & challenging. It can be overwhelming with how many employees are cramped up into one space. Some of the hiring managers can be rude. However, it is a great place to Cali rate yourself for hostile & competitive work environments.
