Best comapny so far...

They treated us really well and provided great environment for working with high slalries and 30+ vaccation days. I am very happy to be a part of them......

The pros outweigh the cons

I’m not going to get on here and try to suggest that Innovative Solutions is perfect – it’s not. There’s some things that I would change given the chance, but as far as I can tell the pros vastly outweigh the cons.

Good experience

Good for the experience. As far as working there as a developer, the team of people you work with is incredibly intelligent and talented. Keep your mouth shut and you’ll learn a ton.

Although I’m no longer with the company, my experience at IS is more than deserving of all 5 stars. I was treated with respect, given every opportunity to develop my skills, and left on good terms with everyone.

Easy enough, good pay

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to be a good content writer. The job itself is more than easy if you’re any kind of decent writer and for what they pay you it’s practically a killing.

Managers are hands off

Once they know they can trust you, management really takes a back seat and just lets you do your thing. It only took the first few months for me and then I had completely free reign.

Warehouse review

I liked working there. It was fairly relaxed, and my schedule wasn’t too crazy. Pay was pretty good too. I can’t think of any downsides except that the warehouse isn’t exactly thrilling.

Plenty of support

The training at the beginning is very thorough, but even once that’s complete and you’re settled into your role management are great about checking in and offering support when you need it.
