Managers are hands off

Once they know they can trust you, management really takes a back seat and just lets you do your thing. It only took the first few months for me and then I had completely free reign.

Super smart and genuine people

When I worked there, the best part about the whole experience were my colleagues. Everyone was incredibly smart but also super genuine and down-to-earth. It was absolutely lovely.

No job security / Pathetic lunch service

Not a good experience. Lunch is pathetic, location is very far away. Work is not professional grade. Work life balance is good although but job is not secured and they can fire you anytime they want
