Promotion is not given to their Employers on Merit basis. I have 2 year Experience in Izoc and I have found that their Management is not cooperative overall.You only got Promoted, If you have good relations with your Seniors,Supervisor (E-Commerce) in Capital Territory

A good place if you want to learn about E-Commerce and grow your skills from not knowing anything to being somewhat of an expert. It was a good company I learned alot during my job. Everyone is very helpful. They teches me almost from the scratch. There is a 5 different teams and each time has a supervisor who manage us and lookafter us. Our responsibility to report our supervisor and do the task on time. The company provides good working environment and it lack employee politics.
The company gives an opportunity to learn on how to deal in the following fields i.e. Customer Relationship Management, Data entry and hosting services, Document Management, web businesses , E-commerce. Basically BPO services. The workplace culture is good because it lack almost all kind of employee politics and stuff like leg pulling etc. So far as the current employee of this company I have learned how to work on ebay, managing and creating the listings of product on almost any website, some common examples are snobswap, shopify, ebay, amazon etc. It has also provided me the opportunity to learn about the customer services management. As for the hardest part of the job is concerned,it is to work according to targets that the international clients provide us because we have to be detail specific as any mistake give a bad impression of the company. The most enjoyable part of the job is team work and working with the senior employees in harmonyWhat would you say about your employer?
