In KPMG I have learnt and gain expertise in the field of taxation , but Salary is comparatively very low even other big4 CA firms pays high salary for junior to supervisor level.

Supportive seniors, great quality of work and a collaborative and positive culture

Excellent place to learn with peers and seniors that will support you every step of the way. Clients are industry titans which provides professional growth and exposure. Overall a positive career booster for anyone in the field with excellent exit options.

multinational company, professional environment a lot to learn

Big4 does not need any review. But sometimes leads to exploitation as they know that employes are eager to join therefore they pay less. Interview process is difficult as k about previous job financial market and much more. But still recommend because it will give your career a new height, Only name on your CV is itself a lot.

Office space is big

Office was good but no growth it is very slow , Only CA students are given preferences , No job guarantee after internship. Pay deductions on taking off day even when you are sick.

I would suggest its the best company for the premature Chartered Accountants for their long term growth. Seniors and Supervisors are always ready to help you in professional developement. They also guide you regarding your studies as well.

Worked as an intern and perform the audit of Pakistan services limited. Visited properties, made vouchers. Calculating room royalties and sampling of legal and professional expense.

Good place to work

KPMG Pakistan pays you around 6000 to 15000 salary when you work as an associate for 3 years and there is a lot of work pressure which isn't suitable for this salary. But a good place to gain experience for your future jobs.
