LESCO is a great environment for interacting with collegues and learning more about the power transmission industry

I enjoyed my time at LESCO because I got to learn a lot about the mechanics of data transmission for the smart grid network. Presenting my research in front of the LESCO team really helped bolster my public speaking skills and gave me confidence in my abilities.

Management was good and cooperative with their juniors , overtime due to over load of new project was hard time even for the internees. so this was a good time because of work burden as i learned how to manage the things and to whom give the priority.
