Paid good, but poor upper management

The pay is good, but the installation process is a dumpster fire. Many rightfully upset customers, terrible installers, and instead of workin on fixing processes, upper management just makes things worse. Immediate supervisors can be hit or miss. Some are just rude and unhelpful.
