its just fine working over there.. the management works good , the team is not that much collaborative and sometimes non supportive at all, The interview is quite tough , there is very long process of interview , it takes mostly one week on just the process of interview , thats why many candidates hate it , because of long and slow process, and breaks are little but the working hours are a lot that's sometimes stress out the employees. moreover the upper management do not perform their responsibility and misuse their powers. there are short breaks for lunch and tea

Enjoyed working there

At Nestle distribution center we had a good environment the management was friendly.We often had staff recreation parties.The hardest part was that we will be often paid late.

Was great learning experience

I was an amazing experience working in an multinational work environment. Learned many new things during my work at nestle and got first had experience of things I had only read in books before.

Good learning place

I learned alot because that is basically distribution company and we interact with different type of customers, Hardest part of the job when collection recived and enter in receivables accounts in huge quantity.
