Happy at Nestle most of the time.Benefits are good..Vacation time is good .Once to have a pention & matching 401(k). Boss would buy lunch when we had meeting sometimes.

About
The sales force was 90% women in the area I worked in. They often insulted men and made many disrespectful comments. Also my manager had no dea what she was doing. And 99% of the field management was white females and had NO real understanding of medical sales strategy punished anyone that saw things differently.

It was a great place to work until they laid off the entire nestle USA division. But I’m sure they appreciate all our hard work for many years(not)!!!

Over the years Products of NESTLE maintaining trust of its customers.
Fun and hardworking team lead by a great supervisor, learnt how to do DDOR presentations and some sales equations, management not bad but could be better, hardest part of the job is their salary and tools maitainance, ones your van is faulty you will have to use part of your salary and incentives to repair it.
