Nestle is a wonderful company, the are fair to their workers.I would love to with Nestle againThey take good care of their workers Easy going,I would love to work as permanent staff with Nestle because of their stress less schedule and work activities
The sales force was 90% women in the area I worked in. They often insulted men and made many disrespectful comments. Also my manager had no dea what she was doing. And 99% of the field management was white females and had NO real understanding of medical sales strategy punished anyone that saw things differently.
No real bonuses
Market visits across the whole city. Management of team and leading a team of uneducated but skill-full people. Hardest part of the job is to trace the salesman covering all the mentioned outlets as per the planned routes. The most enjoyable part of the job is to know the inner skills through day-to-day activities.

Productive and very professional atmosphere at work, continues form of learning, lot of training and seminars.
The company was very professional in all aspect, they have given me proper tools and equipment to do the job that was given to me. They provided us training workshops and seminars to become professional in our field of task. They compensated me that much.
Fun and hardworking team lead by a great supervisor, learnt how to do DDOR presentations and some sales equations, management not bad but could be better, hardest part of the job is their salary and tools maitainance, ones your van is faulty you will have to use part of your salary and incentives to repair it.
