Very informative and skilled team

About review in PTCL was incredible, they give us much work doing interview calls, taking interviews, dealing with employees, and dealing with employees' families on their pensions. To manage employee social security, health insurance, and pensioners.

Working enivormenent is very friendly.Internship at PTCL was a whole new experience

During time of internship there is no proper team work.I have done internship in fiber-optics and networking department .Main flaw of this company is not assign system to employ for learning purpose

This company need some improvements

Needs Improvement: Is not as careful in checking work product for errors as he/she could be. Tends to miss small errors in work product. Required paperwork is completed late or is only partially complete.

A great workplace

Some people from staff are great to work with and they are cooperative too but some are like typical government employees who do not how to treat their juniors.

a place to learn from actual work force.

A very good place for fresh grduates to have a closer insight at the telecom structure. team leads are very helpful. sometimes work load is too much travelling and learning from the people who are actually working on realtime systems

Dont have much to learn. it looks so simple. We just have to go at morning and take a list of complains. then we have to go to the field and check the every connection.

It was non paid internship just for six week and there they did not allow me to touch any of their equipment but just tell me about them how they works only

i was just an intern

i hardly spent 6 weeks over there as i was an intern that's why i don't know much about this organization. But meanwhile i stayed over there, i didn't have to suffer anything instead everyone cooperated with me in teaching me things.

That was my first professional working.

I was appointed there as an unpaid internee so there was no job seecurity and compensation benefits like if someone appointed as an employee but the manage and job culture was too good.

I can learn alot in PTCL about NGN, optical fiber communication.

I learn about NGN (next generation network) is a packet-based network which can provide services including Telecommunication Services and is able to make use of multiple broadband, quality of Service-enabled transport technologies and in which service-related functions are independent from underlying transport-related technologies. and learn about the communication through optical fibre...

My experience at P.T.C.L was indeed refreshing for my personal and technical knowledge. I was able to groom myself in professional corporate environment not permanently but atleast for some time.
