Ever since I joined Phaedra, it has been a real fun rollercoaster. The people are amazing and that is probably what matters the most. The higher management has a really helping and supporting relation with lower management. I feel much empowered at work and feel supported by my team lead

I have 14 years of experience in different sectors. But in Phaedra, I found a very very good environment for working. All management is very much supportive and cooperative. I have joined Phaedra in Nov 2020 but out of 14 years, these 4 months are awesome. Blessed to have a part of the Phaedra family.

Keeps you on the edge of your seat, no moment to be wasted. The team leads are really helpful and impart knowledge. I was really fresh at the start, but I know how much I have gained here in just 3 months. The competitive nature of our department keeps us hungry and motivated for sure.
My overall experience is very good here. The company is growing in a very fast pace. The culture and environment is very friendly and supportive. I love to work here

Environment is friendly and honest. All employees are encourage to participate in discussions and get timely appreciation. Policies are in refining stages but still we have daily lunch, leave encasements, annual leaves, flexible working hours and sophisticated team leads and HODs.In a year, we have growing and improving on a constant pace and management is playing a vital role in it.
