where the urgent people or customers came in your place there we manage our self and other, our managment will be smiley where the person come with alot of problems we should welcome them with alot of happiness and do there work in mintues.thanks

Nice experience

Kam karne walo k liye achi aur na kam karne walo k liye bohat hard kam seehkati bhi hai aur apko achi opportunities bhi milti hai tou achi company hai

very hard-to-work-with employees (Least preferred co-workers)

It is an extrememly hard place to work where the employees around (peers, juniors and seniors) are mostly very dual personality and mostly leg-pullers and not willing to work at all. Lots of SOPs are there in Branch Operations and very few of them are met usually. Repairs and maintenance in branches is always a big problem. Vendors are either not paid timely due to which the stock is usually out or not of the standard which is strictly required. With lots of potential, Pizza Hut still remains in miserable condition. there is hardly any off in the first 5 days of the week whereas Friday to Sunday is a must-presence at branch. Employees are paid very lo salaries and many of them are not paid enough for the fuel allowance for distant travelling. Only the pizza delivery fellows earn well in posh areas. The head offices also have a low level of infrastructure and learning or progression.

Productive and fun work place

Managing over all the restaurant and kitchen, supervising of all team, attend meetings, Ability to Handle Surprises, Front & Back-of-House Operations, No one part was hard in the job, the most enjoyable time when guest was complaint and I was handle it, and built a relation for their next visit

Workplace

The company culture is great! Many opportunities to be promoted within and recognized for your hard work and achievements. A fast paced and growing company which is great to start off your career! Management is there for you every step of the way in coaching and helping you with anything you need. Meeting new people and talking/managing candidates/employees everyday is the best part of the job. There is a lot of freedom and ways to show improvement and your skills. In short "you get what you put in"....!!

Its good...

I was there from last 3 years i work there as a kitchen assistant and as a cashier and then i become a shift maneger. Its good to be there its nice working experience... I learned so much from there.

Higher management sucks

The rules of pizzahut are good but the higher management is not implementing them in right direction. No job motivation no performance appraisal only those with strong reference got promition

pizza hut experience

while working in pizza hut as a shift manager is not a easy job. i learnt lot of things from my job such as "how to work with team members,how to manage all team members, how to take maximum productivity from them" etc. In my opinion it was a good job i learnt a lot from it.

Good company and very funny place

Pizza Hut is Multinational Canadian brand they are making out standing pizza with very delicious pizza sauce and different kind of natural herbals and i like the casual dinning style of Pizza hut they are giving smiles and greetings all the time .
