Good place but bad service must improve big company must has more employees to improve their service.Good place but bad service must improve big resort must has more employees to improve their service and it is far from the city they hire immediately and employees keep quitting

About the fact

Management is too much poor, useless and without the passion of humanity and salary procedure is too much late. Chicken quantity is very less in pizzas. The managers treat specially riders as their own employs.

very awesome experience in pizza hut the atmosphere like home very relax-able

my duty is counter cashier and i am dispatch the order in system and with in 12 minute the kitchen member ready the order and give it to the counter and i will give to the customers.

Best learning motivating professional environment

I love pizza hut for eating and working too. Pizza hut was my first job I was fresh. Had no idea about hospitality industry. But pizza hut management made me confident and comfortable for customer service.

Use full experience I've learned there

Pizza Hut experience made me a strong woman I've learned so many things specially multi tasking I've worked there not just as a cashier I work there as a GRO as a server also working in kitchen was my favorite activity in Pizza Hut there environment was very nice comfortable and all staff was very friendly and helpful

Pizza Hut started a journey in Pakistan Since 28 years back (DEC 1992). That's place everyone can learn from it and standard culture of working with well reputed organization.

A Multi National Workplace Exerience

It was a great start to understand people just not as co workers but also as a day to day cycle with all classes and races. The low tempered and the extreme introverts. This is a tag I would appreciate being there in my career path although I would advise to up the standards of work place to match the international market and standards.

very hard-to-work-with employees (Least preferred co-workers)

It is an extrememly hard place to work where the employees around (peers, juniors and seniors) are mostly very dual personality and mostly leg-pullers and not willing to work at all. Lots of SOPs are there in Branch Operations and very few of them are met usually. Repairs and maintenance in branches is always a big problem. Vendors are either not paid timely due to which the stock is usually out or not of the standard which is strictly required. With lots of potential, Pizza Hut still remains in miserable condition. there is hardly any off in the first 5 days of the week whereas Friday to Sunday is a must-presence at branch. Employees are paid very lo salaries and many of them are not paid enough for the fuel allowance for distant travelling. Only the pizza delivery fellows earn well in posh areas. The head offices also have a low level of infrastructure and learning or progression.

Best experience and good opportunity

I had a pashan for cooking so I was looking for a job in caffay of a brand food chain I had my first interview in pizza hut and thay call me tomorrow then I was working there I did work hard and become a supervisor in 3 monthes u can golirn maney things if u are working in a brand food chain

Why i had left pizza hut job because of salary, they were take work too much from us and 9 hours continue stand by foots, but they did not increase our salary so that's why i left that job

Productive and fun work place

Managing over all the restaurant and kitchen, supervising of all team, attend meetings, Ability to Handle Surprises, Front & Back-of-House Operations, No one part was hard in the job, the most enjoyable time when guest was complaint and I was handle it, and built a relation for their next visit

A typical day at work would be busy and challenging. But throughout my work i have learner and managed to gain experiance and overcome these challenges. My main focus was on constantly learning and improving myself.
