Assistant manager

Assistant manager with experience helping company clean and enrich their date with sales intelligence tools in cashier, training manager,shift manager, assistant manager and now I'm unit incharge managing big data effectively,I have 200 customers at a time and I deal with everyone separately if any have any problem getting solved their problems probably.

Love pizza hit

In short. I was doing a job different places but i cant forget pizza hut. Pizza hut is root of my carrier. Pizza hut teach me many more things which is very help full to me in my field every where

Cooperative, chance to enhance skills, good company

Being an assistant manager restaurant, customer satisfaction is the top priority, quantity does not matter over quality, food should be served as quickly as possible. Safety and hygiene are very important in the Culinary industry.

Workplace

The company culture is great! Many opportunities to be promoted within and recognized for your hard work and achievements. A fast paced and growing company which is great to start off your career! Management is there for you every step of the way in coaching and helping you with anything you need. Meeting new people and talking/managing candidates/employees everyday is the best part of the job. There is a lot of freedom and ways to show improvement and your skills. In short "you get what you put in"....!!

company SOP are like same international but salary packages are not good as compare to market but personal development in professional life is very good but personal life ruined no over time less holidays no incentive or other benefits just work and work

I have work in school, restaurant, travels agency but KFC and pizza Hut gane more experience and gane how to manage teams and how to work with team ..

Its good...

I was there from last 3 years i work there as a kitchen assistant and as a cashier and then i become a shift maneger. Its good to be there its nice working experience... I learned so much from there.

Very Good Restaurant Experience

Unjustified work distribution and very low salary package

Will have to improve management style and provide salary as per market. Proper human resource allocation required because of insufficient resource, work is not properly managed or organized.

Productive and Fun Workplace

Pizza Hut Pakistan is one of the leading brands in Pakistan. I joined Pizza Hut as delivery rider and with my interest and company's support i was promoted to manager position and got the responsibilties of Restaurant General Manager after hard work. Pizza Hut Pakistan provides very effective training to meet the organization's goals.

Work experience at PIzza Hut

It was a great experience working with a multinational food chain like Pizza Hut. They give training of Las course then i became the manager.Organisational culture was excellent and higher management was bunch of high professional.

It was a very Good Experience with Pizza Hut . specially with Manager of my branch . He is such a Good person. I work there as a Cashier . All the staff were very friendly

Good work place because my two other friends were also doing job their. it was realy enjoyable to work thee.

Basically i was appointed as delivery boy. But if there is no order to deliver than i have to work as waiter also. But it was proved useful experience to me later when i apply for next job. I learned there that how easy is to work at a place where management is good. It was little bit hard to work for lengthy hours. The most enjoyable part of job was visiting city on bike.

Overall it was normal/average experience working at Pizza Hut. More workload and more working hours with a low salary. I left the job at Pizza Hut on my own will.
