Higher management sucks

The rules of pizzahut are good but the higher management is not implementing them in right direction. No job motivation no performance appraisal only those with strong reference got promition

Nice Envoronment

I have been in pizza hut call center since August 2017. The management is cooperative and motivational in many terms. My communication skills have been improved a lot . I have learned to work under pressure and my ability to handle hyper customers have polished. I have also managed to reduce mistakes by more than 100% every month. Receiving calls from all over the country with many different addresses have improved my knowledge about locations. I enjoy work at pizza hut. We are also provided decent incentive by completing targets every day.

It was a good experience and I learned quite a few things.

I liked working at Pizza Hut, the environment was quite good, the staff was supportive and generous. The manager always kept on motivating me and I used to learn a lot of things now and then. I worked over there because I wanted to gain a bit of experience in my upcoming field of hospitality management.

MCR was the company who is holding the Franchisee of Pizza Hut Pakistan and Burger King Pakistan. While I was in the Pizza Hut than MCR PVT Ltd has given me the chance and selected me to send Philippines to get the knowledge of Burger King and start the operations in Pakistan under the same company.

It was my first job in hospitality field

I have learnt many things from my manager how he handle his staff and encourage us for team work he teaches me customer complaints handling how to work with all team members how to maintain standards of restaurant and how to follow proper SOPs I had learned their how to deal with team members by using different management styles

it was a pleasure to work in a multinational company.

Thishave a very good culture for learn i don it

I m work in this company and then I happy that what a food company.it give me for full chance to serve and meet the people and stand me at the position of pizza .pasta salad and etc master and give me chance to more learn . It is really a good company and I learn here what a good management and team work.
