Human Resource Responsiblities:

• Coordination with legal bodies like lawyers, Police stations and laboure courts for representing company motives.

• Coordination with regulating departments like LDA with regard to property issues and LESCO, WASA, EOBI & SSEC with regard to utilities.

• Coordination with Jubilee insurance for Health & Life insurance of 400 employees of company .


1. Recruitment

• Recruitment of employees for Client organizations under outsourced arrangements.

• Conducting Interviews / Initial screening of the candidates / helping in recruitment processes.

• Prepare offer letters official contacts / Agreements of new hiring.

• Conducting employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities.

• Checking references, education records, and prepare reports making recommendations to management.

• Designing job ads and getting them approved from Head HR.

2. Training & Development:

• Implementation & Preparation s of SOP’s and conveying to all employees.

• Preparation of Assessment tests.

• Arranging in-house training programs for technical as well as non-technical staff.

• Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.

3. Employee Benefit:

• Processing of monthly Payroll through ERP system of More than 300 employees.

• Process Reimbursement of medical and travel claims of employees.

• Administrating all activities related to EOBI & social security of 500 employees.

4. HR Administration:

• Processing of Disciplinary action cases.
