Highly stressful and torturing job.
They don't give you margin of Human being. Supervisors are very robotic and emotionally unavailable persons. They only care about performance. They yell and shout over every little mistake. To handle rude and indecent customers is itself a very hard and stressful job. This all gets uglier and worst when supervisors add disrespect and indecency. For girls environment is safe physically.
